Camera Pig

Steady Flux's Camera Pig uses short spurts of air to propel itself down a tube and take snapshots of the inside of a pipe. Unlike a borescope, it is un-tethered and can navigate multiple bends. It is used primarily for decoking verification and can also be used to help map a fired heater using our proprietary software. The video shown below is our camera pig inside a 4" flanged pipe system that varies between SCH 10 and SCH 80.

What makes the Camera Pig unique?

4" pipe varying between SCH 10 and SCH 80 test loop. The camera pig is propelled using air and a shutter valve. Approximately 200 linear feet of testing.
